Information you provide directly:

• Account details: name, email address, and password when you register.
• Phone number and mobile money details when you subscribe to Premium.
• CV data, work experience, and education details you enter via our AI tools.
• Job alert keywords and news category preferences you configure.
• Communications you send us (e.g., support enquiries).

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, browser, operating system, and IP address.
• Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
• Push notification tokens (only if you grant permission).
• Cookies and local storage for session management and preferences (e.g., dark mode).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate your identity.
• To process Premium subscription payments via Ecocash or OneMoney.
• To personalise your news feed and job recommendations.
• To send push notifications about breaking news and job alerts (only with your consent).

• Payment processors (Paynow / Cassava Fintech) solely to process your subscription payment.
• Push notification providers (Google Firebase) to deliver alerts you have opted into.
• AI infrastructure providers to process prompts for our AI job tools — only the content you submit is shared, and it is not used to train third-party models.
• Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time in your device settings.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

iNasi uses browser local storage (not third-party advertising cookies) to remember your login session, dark mode preference, followed categories, and saved items. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can clear this data through your browser settings, though doing so will log you out.

8. Children's Privacy

iNasi is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a data breach we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of iNasi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms & Conditions

1. About iNasi

iNasi is a Zimbabwean information platform operated by Andaline. We aggregate news, job listings, live radio, fuel prices, and foreign exchange rates, and offer AI-powered career tools for Premium subscribers at inasi.co.zw.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use iNasi. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@inasi.co.zw if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using iNasi, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape or systematically download content without prior written consent.
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Use iNasi for any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Premium Subscription

• Pricing: Premium is billed monthly at USD $3.18 (inclusive of applicable fees). Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Payment: Processed via Paynow using Ecocash or OneMoney. By initiating payment you authorise Andaline to charge the applicable amount.
• Non-renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Premium access expires at the end of the paid period unless manually renewed.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by Zimbabwean consumer protection law. Billing errors must be reported within 14 days.
• Feature changes: We may modify Premium features with reasonable notice of material changes.

6. AI-Powered Tools

Our AI tools (CV Builder, Cover Letter Generator, Interview Prep) are provided as a convenience. Outputs are AI-generated and may not be accurate or suitable for every situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

News articles, job listings, and exchange rate data are sourced from third-party providers. All iNasi branding, interface design, and original content are the intellectual property of Andaline and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

iNasi aggregates content from third-party publishers and job boards. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content. Exchange rates and fuel prices are informational only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions without independent verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Andaline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of iNasi.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

iNasi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of iNasi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
